- What day of the week was it? Saturday
- Did you get married in a church? Yes
- How many in your wedding party? My BFF Katie and Jim's roommate from college, Andy
- Where was your reception? Our house, before we moved in so it was all roomy and we brought in tables - we were going to have one later in our barn for friends, but that never happened, o well sorry guys! ;-)
- How many guests were invited to your wedding? just family
- How long did you wait to Tie The Knot after your proposal? 6 days, we only got "officially" engaged the weekend before, but that is just a technicality, we already knew we would get married

- Did you have a DJ or a band? cd player
- Did your father walk you down the aisle? Yep
- What color were the bridesmaid dresses & groomsmen vests? green dress, vest?? no vest that I am aware of lol
- Who was your Maid Of Honor/Best Man? Katie and Jim's roommate from college, Andy
- Did you have a Bridal Shower? 1 at church
- What type of limo did you get? HAHAHA! Its called Jim's Ford truck
- Where did you go for your Bachelorette/Bachelor Party? No parties
- What type of wedding gown/tux did you two wear? Off the rack, sleeveless. Jim wore a black suite
- How was the weather? A wee bit chilly - Thanks for making us take pics outside in the cold wind Brian!! ;-)
- Where did you go on your Honeymoon? Honeymoon? Whats that? TBD lol
- What was your favorite part of your wedding? When it was over, I hate being in front of people, even if it IS just family!
- How long have you been married? Two years today
- What would you change about the day? Could have been a little warmer
- What advice have you gotten and would you give to newlyweds? I have gotten way too much advice - My advice is that it is not about the amount of money you spend or the design of the dress or how many people attend, it is about you and your hubby and celebrating your love. People make WAY to big a deal about all the STUFF of weddings and I think the real meaning/importance tends to get lost in all the hubbub and stress

I love you!
Katie
Congratulations!! You look like a Blessed Country Wife!
Happy Belated 2nd Anniversary. Love your questions and answers. My fav~ #22 Great, great advice. I never understand the amount of money that some women put into their weddings (and then are divorced in a year!) Ooops, did I just say that?
Happy Belated 2nd Anniversary! LOVE that picture! :) I'm with you and JAM - I totally agree with #22...Hubby and I did the Justice of the Peace route to keep it simple, but then had a surprise wedding ceremony complete with a wedding dress and bridesmaids/groomsmen at our house warming party a couple of months later - it was so much more relaxed and fun...and our house warming party guests were totally surprised! ;)
